1. Overview

AdGo47 Inc ("AdGo47", "we", "us") operates a Google Ads management platform at adgo47.com. By registering for an account you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Account & Balance

Your account balance consists of funds you have deposited ("paid balance") and promotional credits ("bonus balance"). Balances are non-transferable and non-refundable except as described in Section 4.

Bonus credits are added automatically when you top up above certain thresholds. Bonus amounts and tiers may change at any time.

3. Campaign Submission

When you submit a campaign, the specified ad spend amount is immediately deducted from your balance. Campaigns are subject to review by the AdGo47 team before activation. We reserve the right to reject any campaign that:

• Violates Google Ads policies
• Contains misleading or prohibited content
• Does not meet our quality standards

4. Refunds

If your campaign is rejected, the full deducted amount is automatically refunded to your balance within minutes. No service fee is charged.

Deposited funds are non-refundable to your original payment method once credited to your balance.

5. Proof of Delivery

Upon campaign completion, we provide performance screenshots taken directly from the Google Ads dashboard. These are uploaded to your campaign detail page and serve as confirmation of delivery.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. AdGo47 does not store your card details. By making a payment you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use AdGo47 to advertise illegal products or services, or any content that violates applicable law or Google's advertising policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

AdGo47 is not liable for campaign performance outcomes, including click-through rates, conversions, or revenue. Ad results depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
